Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job ads on various job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct initial interviews and reference checks.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.
Support other HR functions when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a contracting or construction company.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
