Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate records.
Support HR team in employee onboarding and documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
Assist in preparing offer letters and employment documents.
Maintain confidentiality of all HR and employee-related data.
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment-related events.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online job portals.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
