Overseas Recruitment Coordinator
to support our international hiring needs. This role focuses on sourcing, coordinating, and securing qualified overseas candidates through recruitment agents and direct channels.
Key Responsibilities
Overseas Talent Acquisition:
Identify, source, and attract suitable overseas candidates to meet the company's manpower requirements.
Agent Coordination:
Find, evaluate, and collaborate with overseas recruitment agencies to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes.
Requirement Alignment:
Work closely with our internal team to understand recruitment needs and ensure all candidates meet required standards.
Process Management:
Coordinate end?to?end recruitment activities, including communication, documentation follow?up, and progress tracking.
Compensation Structure
Contract-Based Position:
This role begins as a contract assignment.
Commission-Based Payment:
You will receive AED
100 for each successful recruitment
.
Performance Pathway:
Consistently meeting the
monthly recruitment targets
will lead to consideration for a
full?time permanent position
within the company.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in overseas recruitment or working with international recruitment agencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
Familiarity with recruitment processes and documentation for overseas hiring

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
