Job Description

Mira Search, a leading HR agency, is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in

hiring real estate agents within the UAE market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top-performing real estate agents for reputable brokerage firms across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate positions, from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other professional networks. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure cultural and performance fit. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals in the UAE market. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience recruiting real estate agents in the UAE market (mandatory). Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate industry and its licensing requirements. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a remote environment with international teams.
