About the Role
Falcor Engineering is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in attracting and securing top-tier talent for our projects within the demanding Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be a proactive recruitment professional with a proven track record in managing the full lifecycle of hiring, from sourcing to onboarding, with specific expertise in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles within the Oil & Gas and Engineering departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job specifications, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking).
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiation and preparation of employment contracts.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay informed about UAE labor laws, market trends, and competitive compensation practices in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Prioritize hiring for roles requiring immediate joiners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of dedicated recruitment experience, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry in the UAE.
• Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles, project cycles, and terminology used in the Oil & Gas/Engineering sector.
• Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the UAE job market, recruitment practices, and visa processes.
• Preferred Advantage: Prior experience recruiting for ADNOC or its group of companies is a significant plus.
• Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods currently residing in the UAE are highly preferred.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS software.
