Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Male HR Recruiter with specific experience in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top talent. A deep understanding of the UAE job market, particularly within the Oil & Gas industry, and prior exposure to ADNOC projects are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Sourcing & Headhunting: Proactively source candidates using various channels, including job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukrigulf), databases, employee referrals, and direct headhunting.
  • Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers to assess candidate suitability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define job requirements, and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the UAE's labor laws, recruitment trends, and salary benchmarks within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • ADNOC Compliance: Utilize knowledge of ADNOC systems, procedures, and vendor portals (if applicable) to ensure a smooth recruitment process for related projects.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Gender: Male (as per client requirement)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry in the UAE.
  • ADNOC Experience: Prior exposure to ADNOC projects or group companies is a strong advantage and highly preferred.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and UAE recruitment practices.
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment software/ATS.
