Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for various roles
Cold calling and business development to acquire new clients
Selling recruitment and HR services to companies
Developing recruitment strategies and hiring plans
Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
Maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
Meeting monthly hiring and revenue targets
Required Skills & Profile:
Minimum 2 years of
UAE recruitment experience
(mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident in cold calling and client acquisition
Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
Smart, energetic, and outgoing personality
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Familiarity with UAE labor market and hiring practices
