Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
3-4 years
of recruitment experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Construction, Renewable Energy, or IT.
Previous experience with a manpower supply company will be given preference.
Proven experience in
white-collar and blue-collar manpower recruitment
.
Strong knowledge of
UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and overseas hiring
.
Excellent English communication; Hindi is a plus.
Proficient in ATS Tools, MS Office Tools, Job portals, etc.
