Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit qualified candidates
, with a primary focus on:
Real estate brokers
, and
Marketing team roles
(marketers, performance marketers, SMM specialists, and related positions).
Use multiple recruitment channels, including:
Hot leads from Facebook Ads
(provided by the company),
Indeed
,
other job portals,
LinkedIn
,
social media platforms,
networking and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules with the management team.
Maintain and update the candidate database and CRM system.
Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding process for newly hired employees.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Meet and exceed monthly hiring targets to support the company's growth.
Requirements
Proven recruitment experience
in Dubai
.
Strong experience recruiting
real estate brokers
(experience hiring marketing teams is a strong advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience with CRM systems and online recruitment platforms.
Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English.
