We are looking for a professionally presentable and energetic
Recruiter
to manage end-to-end talent acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing both blue-collar (bulk staffing) and white-collar (office-based) roles. You must be confident in conducting interviews and representing the company to potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the hiring process for diverse roles, from manpower laborers to office staff.
Interviewing:
Conduct professional in-person and virtual interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Sourcing:
Utilize job portals, social media, and networks to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordination:
Schedule assessments and liaise between management and applicants.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven track record in
both blue-collar and white-collar hiring
.
Languages:
Full professional fluency in
English
(Written & Spoken).
Presentation:
Excellent grooming and professional demeanor.
Skills:
Strong communication, time management, and proficiency in MS Office.
Availability:
Based in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
