HR Recruiter with experience in the Forex industry
to manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure we attract top talent for our rapidly growing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing abilities and a deep understanding of Forex-specific roles and market requirements.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for all Forex-related departments.
Draft and publish job postings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals).
Source and screen suitable candidates using databases, social networks, and industry channels.
Recruit for key Forex positions, including:
IB Sales / Business Development
Account Managers / Retention Officers
Customer Support
Dealers & Risk Management
Compliance / AML
Back Office
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain updated job descriptions and ensure alignment with departmental needs.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source efficiency, candidate pipeline).
Candidate Management
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage interview schedules, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
HR Support
Assist in onboarding new employees and completing documentation.
Maintain candidate databases, hiring reports, and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure hiring procedures follow company policies and industry regulations.
RequirementsEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of recruitment experience in the Forex, FinTech, or Financial Services industry
is mandatory.
Skills
Strong knowledge of Forex roles and market structure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in ATS systems and MS Office tools.
Strong networking and sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a regulated Forex environment (CySEC, FCA, or other regulators).
Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, etc.) is an advantage.
