Job Description

We are an established Interior Fit-Out company specializing in high-quality execution and timely delivery. We are currently looking for an

HR Recruiter

with proven experience in hiring blue-collar workers for interior fit-out, construction, or related industries.

Position Overview



The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of blue-collar staff such as carpenters, painters, electricians, gypsum workers, helpers, etc. Candidates without blue-collar recruitment experience

will not be considered

-- this is to save time for both you and us.

Key Responsibilities



Source, screen, and recruit blue-collar workers for various on-site roles Maintain an active database of skilled and semi-skilled labor Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and site mobilizations Collaborate with project managers to understand manpower needs Ensure timely onboarding and documentation compliance Monitor workforce attendance and site deployment

Required Experience & Skills



Mandatory:

Minimum 2

years of experience

in blue-collar recruitment(Interior Fit-Out/Construction preferred) Strong knowledge of sourcing channels for labor recruitment Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent manpower requirements Excellent communication and negotiation skills Should be organized, proactive, and target-driven
