Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for next steps.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
Support onboarding processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Participate in employer branding and recruitment events within Dubai.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience
in recruitment or HR roles (UAE experience preferred).
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Solid understanding of UAE labor market and hiring trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ATS and HR software is a plus.
