Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for roles.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

Compliance and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations during the hiring process.

Qualifications:



Must have Recruitment Experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
