We are seeking a motivated

Recruiter

with

1-2 years of experience in real estate recruitment

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various real estate roles, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Manage the recruitment process from posting to onboarding Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Requirements

1-2 years of proven experience in

real estate recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
