Manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles across real estate, sales, marketing, and operations.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and define hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and other creative channels.
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage candidate experience from start to finish.
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with HR and Admin.
HR Operations & Engagement (20%)
Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
Coordinate joinings, exits, and documentation requirements.
Maintain HR and administrative records including attendance, leaves, and personnel files.
Assist in organizing internal events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Collaborate with the Admin team for smooth office functioning and logistics.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
3-5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment (preferably in real estate, sales-driven, or startup setups).
Skills:
Excellent communication, multitasking ability, and stakeholder management.
Mindset:
Ownership-driven, organized, approachable, and resourceful.
Familiarity with UAE labour frameworks is an added advantage.
