The Temporary HR Recruiter will be responsible for
end-to-end recruitment
across the group, ensuring efficient hiring for various roles and departments. This position requires strong skills in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, data reporting, and recruitment analysis, as well as the ability to maintain a strong talent pipeline and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
complete recruitment lifecycle
-- sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Handle
high-volume recruitment
for both
white-collar and blue-collar
roles.
Maintain and update
recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics
to track performance and time-to-fill.
Evaluate and report on the
effectiveness of sourcing channels
(job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, agencies, etc.).
Coordinate and manage
interview schedules
for all stages -- HR, technical, and management rounds.
Attend and contribute to
recruitment planning meetings
with HR and management teams, providing data-driven insights and updates.
Support and enhance the company's
employer branding
by maintaining a professional candidate experience and promoting the brand across digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with department heads to define hiring needs and job requirements.
Negotiate offers in line with company guidelines and support in
onboarding documentation
for selected candidates.
Ensure compliance with
UAE labor laws
and company HR policies throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain a
strong talent pipeline
to meet current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of recruitment experience
, preferably in a
group of companies or multi-division organization
.
Previous experience in hospitality recruitment
is
mandatory
(experience in hiring for operational roles such as housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance preferred).
Proven expertise in
blue-collar and white-collar hiring
within fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical skills with experience in
recruitment metrics, reporting, and dashboards
.
Experience in
employer branding and candidate engagement
.
Excellent knowledge of the
UAE job market and sourcing strategies
.
Proficient in
MS Office (especially Excel)

LinkedIn Recruiter tools
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle
multiple vacancies
and work under pressure.
Fluent in
English
