WAY REAL ESTATE is looking for an energetic and results-driven
Recruiter
to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Search and select qualified candidates -- with a primary focus on
real estate brokers
-- using various channels (we provide hot leads from Facebook Ads, but you'll also use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals).
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules with the management team.
Manage and update the candidate database and CRM system.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly hired brokers.
Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process.
Achieve monthly hiring targets to support the company's growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment (experience in the real estate industry is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM systems and online recruitment tools.
Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
