Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions.
Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and role requirements.
Create and post job descriptions on Indeed and other job boards.
Source candidates using online channels, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate sources.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
