We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth hiring process in alignment with our company goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports in the HR system.
Assist in employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and prioritize effectively.
