Job Description

Should have experience in handling both Staff & Labour Category in UAE.
Minimum 1 Year UAE Experience is must in Construction industry.
Preferred candidate who can join Immediate basis.
Salary AED 3 to 3.5 K + Other Benefits

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

Work with hiring managers / project heads to understand manpower needs -- roles, skills, seniority, timelines. Prepare and post job adverts (online, industry boards, social media, internal referrals). Use sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies) to identify candidates.

Screening & Selection

Review resumes / CVs. Conduct phone / video prescreen interviews to assess technical & behavioural fit. Shortlist candidates, schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Interview & Assessment

Coordinate interviews (site / office) and assessments (if required). Assist hiring managers in evaluating candidates (skills, culture fit, expected deliverables). Reference checks.

Offer & Onboarding

Negotiate and prepare offer letters -- salary, benefits, joining date. Manage visa, insurance, work permits if required (for expat / site staff). Facilitate onboarding: orientation, site induction, documentation.

HR Operations Support

Maintain candidate database / ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Assist in payroll-related information gathering (new joiner data). Help with HR documentation: contracts, staff files. Support visa/ labor law compliance, insurance renewals.

Metrics & Reporting

Track key recruitment metrics: time?to?fill, cost?per?hire, source effectiveness, etc. Provide regular reports to senior HR / management.

Employee Relations / Retention (Optional / Depending on Role Level)

Assist in employee engagement initiatives. Collect feedback from new hires and hiring managers on recruitment & onboarding process for continuous improvement.
Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Experience:

Ideally

2?4 years

(or more) HR or recruitment experience. Prior exposure in construction, interior fit?out, or manufacturing is

a strong advantage

. Strong understanding of the UAE labor law, visa procedures, insurance, etc. Familiarity with recruitment tools / platforms / ATS. Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
