About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate development sector. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for building strong hiring strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, and ensuring that Genova attracts and retains the best talent to drive its growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company needs.
Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning.
Build a strong employer brand to attract top industry talent.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline using online platforms, agencies, and networking.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (real estate industry experience is highly preferred).
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment compliance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
