With the market booming, we're expanding our team and looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to help us attract top-tier talent for our growing Mortgage Manager team.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for the Mortgage Manager role.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Engagement:
Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, motivation, and suitability.
Clearly communicate role expectations, commission structure, and career opportunities.
Coordination & Scheduling:
Manage interview scheduling & Conduct initial rounds with hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with the Mortgage Sales leadership team to understand evolving hiring needs.
Provide feedback and hiring insights to refine recruitment strategies.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed on talent trends, competitors, and salary benchmarks within the mortgage and finance sectors.
Requirements:
? 1-3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in sales, finance, or real estate hiring)
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Proactive, organized, and target-driven
? Based in Dubai
