About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of the client for an HR Recruiter Role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, attracting, and nurturing relationships with exceptional individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Identification & Sourcing:

Proactively seek out and engage with high-caliber candidates for various roles within our organization, with a particular focus on building a robust pipeline of HR talent across different specializations

End-to-End Recruitment Process Management:

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions and conducting initial screenings to coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and extending offers.

Database & CRM Management:

Meticulously maintain and optimize our talent database/CRM,

What We're Looking For:

Experienced HR Professionals:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. [2-5+] years of proven experience in HR, specifically within recruitment, talent acquisition, or a talent engagement role in the UAE. A strong network within the HR community in Dubai/UAE is a significant advantage. Demonstrated ability to strategically source and engage passive candidates.

Aspiring HR Professionals:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. [0-2] years of foundational experience (internships, junior roles, or relevant coursework) in HR or recruitment. A genuine passion for talent management, professional development, and building relationships. Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
