Recruiter
to lead and manage talent acquisition across
UAE and Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for UAE and KSA markets
Source, screen, and interview candidates across various roles
Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to fulfill manpower requirements
Maintain talent pipelines and proactively source for future needs
Ensure all hires comply with UAE and Saudi labor regulations
Requirements:
3-5 years of recruitment experience
in the UAE (retail experience preferred)
Fluency in Arabic and English
(spoken and written)
Strong understanding of the Saudi and UAE hiring landscape
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
Based in
Dubai
or willing to relocate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
