The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle across various departments. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. The recruiter collaborates with department heads and hiring managers to meet staffing needs and support workforce planning objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical or final interviews with hiring departments.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure timely updates on candidate status.
Draft offer letters, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking platforms.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a similar recruiting or talent acquisition role.
Familiarity with various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of UAE labor law is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
