Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruiter to join our HR consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across industries such as construction, medical, oil & gas, IT, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and regularly update the database.
- Follow up with candidates and clients until the position is filled.
- Provide support in onboarding if required.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and able to handle multiple roles at once.
- Familiar with UAE labor market and job portals.
- Must be on own/spouse visa.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
