Recruiter
to help us identify and bring on board top talent across our restaurants, cafes, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all F&B roles (Front of House, Back of House, and Management)
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies)
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
Draft and publish job advertisements tailored to different roles
Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies
Support onboarding process in coordination with HR and operations teams
Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate tracking systems
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry
Strong understanding of F&B roles and the skills required for each position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Prior experience hiring for restaurants, cafes, or catering businesses
Strong network in the F&B industry (local or international)
