Requirements:
More than 1 year of sales job recruitment experience(Posting jobs, Resume Screening, conducting interviews).
Experience in planning, and executing company training needs.
maintaining, and updating employee records.
Help in any other work needed.
Employee Engagement.
Advanced Excel Knowledge.
Skilled in recruitment and employee relations
Strong communication, coordination and stress resistance.
Familiar with UAE labor laws and mainstream recruitment methods
An enthusiastic, team player that can adapt, and handle pressure.
