Job Purpose:
To support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. This role is essential in facilitating a smooth and efficient hiring process while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing:
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases.
Maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Screening and Shortlisting:
Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit for specific roles.
Collaborate with recruiters to identify and shortlist top candidates for interviews.
3. Coordination:
Schedule interviews, meetings, and assessments with hiring teams.
Communicate interview details and logistics to candidates clearly and professionally.
4. Documentation:
Maintain accurate and well-organized recruitment records and files.
Ensure timely collection and proper filing of all candidate-related documentation.
5. Onboarding Support:
Assist in onboarding activities including document collection, background verification, and orientation sessions.
Provide new hires with information regarding company policies and procedures.
6. Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive, respectful, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Gather feedback from candidates to help improve the recruitment process.
7. Administrative Tasks:
Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and other employment-related documents.
Coordinate with external partners such as background verification vendors and recruitment agencies.
8. Compliance:
Support adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
Stay updated on best practices in recruitment and HR compliance.
9. Reporting:
Submit daily and weekly reports on ongoing recruitment activities and challenges.
Utilize productivity tracking tools and operational software to gather and report performance data.
