What You'll Do:
Actively source, engage, and recruit real estate professionals through various channels (LinkedIn, events, referrals, etc.)
Build strong relationships with candidates and act as a brand ambassador for our company culture and values
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from outreach and interviews to offers and onboarding
Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine recruiting strategies aligned with business goals
Stay informed about market trends and the competitive real estate landscape
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year Proven experience in recruiting, must be in the real estate industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills--you're confident, persuasive, and approachable
Self-motivated with a high level of organization and attention to detail
A passion for connecting people with the right opportunities
Familiarity with recruiting tools, CRMs, or applicant tracking systems
