We are looking for a female Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates, primarily in the medical and healthcare field. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to meet staffing needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and select qualified healthcare professionals.
Conduct interviews and manage candidate evaluations.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
Ensure timely hiring to meet organizational targets.
Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare or medical recruitment (preferred).
Strong talent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Excellent interviewing and selection techniques.
Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior UAE experience is required.
Immediate joiners preferred.
