Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for real estate agents, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with managers and leadership to identify hiring needs and market goals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Promote our brand and value proposition to candidates through outreach and job fairs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects our brand's integrity.
- Comply with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring top-performing agents.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
