Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions
Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for suitability
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring manager and provide feedback
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the outsourcing industry
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices
Immediate joiners preferred
