We are looking for a driven

HR Recruiter

to join our team and support ongoing recruitment for construction and engineering roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently. This person will work closely with the Head of People Performance and Culture to ensure we attract, assess, and hire top talent to meet our company's growing project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for construction roles (from foremen to engineers and project managers). Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and qualifications required. Source and screen candidates through various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Shortlist qualified candidates and arrange interviews efficiently. Maintain recruitment trackers and update management on hiring progress. Support the HR department with manpower planning and onboarding processes. Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or engineering sector. Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills. Strong leadership and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
