Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various positions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Maintain HR database and recruitment records.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
Handle commercial license renewal processes and HR documentation.
Required Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Minimum
2 years
of HR recruitment experience in the UAE, especially in
civil, infra and facility management category
in construction or related industries.
Must have knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
Must have knowledge of commercial license renewal processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Special Note: Must be on a spouse visa and a resident of Ajman
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
