. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and mobilizing qualified candidates for both
onshore and offshore
roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit skilled professionals for Oil & Gas projects (onshore and offshore).
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, offers, and mobilization.
Maintain a strong candidate database and pipeline for technical and HSE positions.
Coordinate with clients to understand manpower needs and ensure timely deployment.
Ensure compliance with recruitment and labor regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience in
Oil & Gas or manpower supply
.
Strong knowledge of offshore and onshore staffing requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Preferred:
Experience with
UAE or GCC Oil & Gas clients
.
Knowledge of visa processing and mobilization procedures.
