, a leading manpower outsourcing company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar employees, with experience in hiring talent from both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates from various platforms (job boards, social media, internal databases, etc.).
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for client requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand specific staffing needs and timelines.
Prepare and deliver job offers, negotiate terms, and assist in onboarding processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and market salary rates to provide effective recruitment solutions.
Manage recruitment for both local candidates within the UAE and international talent through sourcing, visa processes, and relocation.
Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Develop and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other potential talent sources.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various industries.
Experience with international recruitment, including handling visa processes, relocations, and cross-border recruitment strategies.
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the manpower outsourcing industry or related sectors.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
