Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Recruiter with a proven track record in the real estate industry within Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting HR functions, and ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent in alignment with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the real estate sector. Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding. Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and online platforms.

HR Operations:

Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are up to date and compliant with UAE labor law. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization. Support performance management processes, employee engagement activities, and staff evaluations. Coordinate with PROs and management on visa processing, renewals, and cancellations. Handle employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure all HR and recruitment activities are aligned with local labor regulations and company standards. Prepare regular HR and recruitment reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-5 years of proven experience in HR and recruitment, specifically within the real estate industry in Abu Dhabi. Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices. Solid knowledge of local UAE regulations and legal requirements related to employment and labor. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.

Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Based in Abu Dhabi or with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
