Job Title: HR Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple industries, including:
Healthcare
Real Estate
Construction
Cybersecurity
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across different sectors
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Manage job postings on multiple platforms and maintain applicant databases
Coordinate and schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and market trends
Ensure timely and effective recruitment processes for urgent hiring needs
Requirements:
Proven experience recruiting in at least three of the mentioned industries
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi
