Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top-quality talent. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Support HR initiatives and contribute to a positive employer brand. Collaborate with multicultural teams across the organization.
Requirements
2-4 years of recruitment experience.
GCC recruitment experience is mandatory.
Currently based in Qatar
with a valid RP/work visa. Experience recruiting forIT,
construction, engineering, or staffing industries
is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Interested candidates, send your CV to
