Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):



Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Maintain employee records (contracts, personal files, leave records, etc.). Prepare and process payroll, leave, and end-of-service benefits. Draft HR letters (offer, employment, salary certificates, etc.). Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company HR policies. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews. Support training and development initiatives. Coordinate with management for manpower planning and budgeting.

Public Relations Officer (PRO):



Process and renew company trade licenses, permits, and registrations. Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and medicals for employees. Liaise with government entities such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, and other regulatory authorities. Prepare and submit labor contracts, quota requests, and employee documentation. Ensure compliance with local labor and immigration regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in UAE laws and regulations. Represent the company in government offices and external agencies when required.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR and PRO roles within the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
