to oversee and enhance the end-to-end HR operational functions of our Real Estate group in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic and hands-on approach to managing HR processes, compliance, payroll, employee services, HRIS systems, and policy implementation. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience while supporting the broader goals of the HR function and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and personnel file management.
Ensure HR processes are compliant with
UAE labor law
and
Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)
guidelines.
Monitor visa and work permit processes in coordination with PRO/Government Relations team.
HRIS & Data Management
Manage and optimize the HRIS system, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Generate HR analytics and dashboards to support business decisions.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee records and data.
Compensation & Benefits
Supervise monthly payroll processing in collaboration with Finance.
Administer employee benefits (medical insurance, leave entitlements, end-of-service benefits) as per UAE labor law and company policy.
Conduct regular salary benchmarking and contribute to C&B strategy.
Performance Management & Employee Relations
Support the performance appraisal process and monitor compliance across departments.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in alignment with local legal frameworks.
Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values.
Process Improvement & Policy Development
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.
Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and SOPs tailored to real estate sector needs.
Support internal audits and prepare documentation for compliance inspections.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred - e.g. CIPD, SHRM).
5-15 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial HR operations role in the
UAE
, preferably within
real estate, construction, or property management
sectors.
Strong knowledge of
UAE labor law
, visa regulations, and payroll processes.
Experience in working with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho, BambooHR).
