Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR system updates.
- Use Oracle HR systems for employee data management and reporting.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Support recruitment efforts including scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
- Coordinate with payroll and other departments for timely processing.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports.
- Assist with performance management tracking and employee relations support.
- Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience with Oracle HR systems
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role in UAE.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
