Job Profile:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the same role.
At least 3 years of experience in Qatar.
Years of experience in identifying resources, screening candidates, and arranging interviews with department managers.
Hands on experience in managing and resolving administrative and HR-related queries
Excellent communication skill in English and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
Experience in document filing and control, with prompt action for renewals and other time-sensitive tasks
Strong understanding of Qatar's labor laws and regulations.
Must have excellent knowledge in HR software and MS Office.
Bachelor's degree, major in Human resources or Business administration or a related field.
Local availability is required.
