We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Oversee the recruitment process, including job design, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees. Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and regulations. ?

Employee Relations:

Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems. ?

Compliance:

Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. ?

Compensation and Benefits:

Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. ?

Training and Development:

Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations. ?

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ? Minimum of 3-4 years of human resources experience covering all HR functions and 3 years as an HR Manager. ?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. ?

Pay: AED2000.00 - AED 4000.00 per month
