We are looking for a Manager - HR Operations to lead and oversee the delivery of core HR services across our organization.
What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end employee onboarding for a seamless integration experience.
Manage payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Drive the implementation and optimization of HR technology systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
Develop and maintain HR governance frameworks to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
Handle employee relations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate internal and external training, ensuring departmental participation and smooth logistics.
Develop SOPs for key HR operations and ensure team adherence.
Provide leadership and guidance to a high-performing HR Operations team.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in HR operations management.
Proven expertise in payroll, HR systems, and employee relations.
Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors.
Master's degree or professional certifications (CIPD/SHRM) are a plus.
Experience in real estate or asset management is desirable but not mandatory.
