Job Description

Our client a General Contracting Company focused on turnkey projects covering various sectors from Residential to Administration and Commercial.

:
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Supervising and monitoring the full Talent Acquisition process and manpower planning.
  • Doing HR interviews for relevant candidates.
  • Preparing job offers for full-timers/welcome notes for interns and other relevant programs.
  • Communicating HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Orienting new employees with their job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and career paths.
  • Managing the compensation & benefits process.
  • Managing the performance appraisal process.
  • Managing the learning and development process.
  • Handling retention & engagement activities.
  • Handling conflict resolution.
  • Developing the internal culture and work environment.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Reporting to GM.
Job Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in the human resources department.
  • A construction background is a must.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in business administration or similar Degree.
  • Excellent English (verbal and written).
  • Decision Maker.
  • Independence and flexibility.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong managerial and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ethical mindset.
