Job Description
Our client a General Contracting Company focused on turnkey projects covering various sectors from Residential to Administration and Commercial.

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Supervising and monitoring the full Talent Acquisition process and manpower planning.
- Doing HR interviews for relevant candidates.
- Preparing job offers for full-timers/welcome notes for interns and other relevant programs.
- Communicating HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Orienting new employees with their job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and career paths.
- Managing the compensation & benefits process.
- Managing the performance appraisal process.
- Managing the learning and development process.
- Handling retention & engagement activities.
- Handling conflict resolution.
- Developing the internal culture and work environment.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Reporting to GM.
- 10+ years of experience in the human resources department.
- A construction background is a must.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in business administration or similar Degree.
- Excellent English (verbal and written).
- Decision Maker.
- Independence and flexibility.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong managerial and presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ethical mindset.
