Job Title: Operations Team Leader (Data & Compliance) - Core Staff
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Leader to oversee our core operations. This role is designed for a high-agility professional who can master new systems and workflows in record time. You will ensure seamless communication between internal departments and external clients, maintain 100% accuracy in big data management, and proactively manage document lifecycles. As a leader, you will be responsible for resolving bottlenecks before they escalate and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Rapid Adaptation & Knowledge Transfer
Fast Learning: Quickly master company-specific software, industry regulations, and client-specific workflows with minimal supervision.
Translate new information into standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team to follow.
2. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional and transparent updates.
Bridge the gap between your team and upper management by providing concise reporting.
3. Big Data Mastery & Tracking
Oversee the management of large-scale datasets, ensuring all entries are updated in real-time.
Implement and maintain rigorous tracking systems to monitor data trends.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain a centralized repository for all project and legal documents.
Proactively track expiry dates for licenses and contracts, ensuring renewals are processed well in advance.
5. Proactive Problem Solving & Team Leadership
Identify potential risks early and take decisive action to mitigate them.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team, ensuring workloads are balanced and targets are met.
Candidate Requirements
Feature Requirement
Learning Agility Proven ability to "hit the ground running" and learn complex systems in a short timeframe.
Data Skills Advanced proficiency in Excel/Data Management tools; able to maintain high-volume data sets.
Leadership Minimum 3+ years experience managing a team and delegating tasks effectively.
Proactivity A "self-starter" mindset--someone who fixes problems before being asked.
Attention to Detail Obsessive about tracking dates, deadlines, and documentation accuracy.
