: HR Officer IIWe are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer II to join our team. Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding: - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. - Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to company policies and procedures.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement: - Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving any employee concerns, grievances, or conflicts in a timely and empathetic manner. - Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. - Facilitate regular employee feedback mechanisms and act as a trusted resource for employees seeking guidance or support.
3. Performance Management: - Implement and oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. - Assist in the development and implementation of employee development and training programs. - Monitor and provide guidance on career development opportunities and succession planning.
4. Compliance and Policy Implementation: - Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, acting as a knowledgeable resource. - Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion throughout the organization.
5. HR Data and Reporting: - Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and personnel files. - Generate reports and provide HR analytics to support decision-making processes. - Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, proposing improvements to existing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR roles. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and principles, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders. - Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software systems. - Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
